THERAPY FOR WOMEN
BE TRUE TO YOURSELF
Do You Feel Invisible in Your Life?
- Do you recognize yourself when you look in the mirror?
- Do you feel disconnected from your partner, kids, or friends?
- Are you afraid to tell others how you feel or what you need?
- Do you feel anxious or depressed?
- Does it feel like you fight with everyone these days?
- Do you feel taken advantage of or unseen by others unless they need something?
- Do you want to divorce but feel afraid to be alone?
- Are you trying to move forward in your relationship after infidelity but don’t know how?
Many women lose themselves somewhere along the way. Whether you are in a relationship, single, a mom, or have a career, life can pull you in many directions leaving you feeling unimportant or invisible. Relationships can then suffer which can lead to further disconnection. You might wonder how you got here and if there’s a way back to you.
Many Women Lose Their Way
You spend your days balancing many hats and often focus on giving to others while putting your own needs on hold. As your tank nears empty, you may realize that you don’t know who you are anymore. You might feel uncared for by those closest to you. You may start to wonder who is there to listen to you while you are so busy helping everyone else. It is easy to start feeling resentful, alone, and unsupported.
Many women feel lost, scared, or disempowered and don’t know how to reclaim their voice. It can feel overwhelming or embarrassing to ask for help.
The good news is that you can learn how to fill your bucket and reconnect with yourself and others in an authentic way. With the help of an experienced therapist, you can learn to thrive and not just survive while gaining a clear vision of what you want for your life.
